Someone with pronunced dark circles under the eyes?

I had better skin when I used to exercise and eat very healthy.
Now I smoke. Not sure if it is related to illness but you can use special eye treatments =)

I have lines under my eyes that never went away I think its because I got punched in the face a bunch of times one day a while ago

Lack of sleep is one culprit.
Being dehydrated doesn’t help either.
