Seeking medical advice from Internet strangers – what could possibly go wrong? Suggest getting a second opinion from a doctor who is qualified to do that sort of thing.

I agree to get it from a doctor. It doesn’t matter what the diagnosis is as long as you get treatment that works. Schizotypal, schizophrenia, schizoaffective are all basically treated with the same meds. Just talk to you doctor about your symptoms and ask him if you think the diagnosis should be different.
