Has anyone ever done that to you before. My dad did that to me when I was talking crazy. It makes sort of a buh buh buh buh sound. It marks the person its directed at as insane. I think its something a mentally ill person does, but directed at them.
For a minute I thought we were talking child sexual abuse.

Iâve never had anyone do that to me but once an ER doctor left my room and walked down the hall twirling his finger near his ear indicating he thought i was crazy. It was really rude of him, AND unprofessional.
Thats happened to me a few times.
Once notably when I was in school a girl walked up behind me and made that gesture as I turned around and she made up a cover story about her class being stressful.
