I think you should try to ignore your neighbors. It’s not certain that you’re really hearing them. It could be an hallucination.

You need to learn to differentiate between the voices in your head and reality sweet. Just ignore your neighbours and live your own life. You stressing over what other people are thinking is just impacting on your mental health.

I talked to crisis center and she said just ignore them and she doesn’t think they’ll physically harm me.
