just try to do something useful and focus on it
dont think about ppl so much and dont deal with them so much

you can read about him so much …
do you like certain field certain topic … you can focus on that and read about that
but dont deal with ppl
they are crazy really … they can insult … they can harass
so i suggest to you to be far from ppl as much as possible
and forget what they are saying what they are doing as fast as possible
