Yes. Idk I keep going on about it. Here’s my one realization. Even if they are yelling at me they are just words. No one wants to go to prison over me

I have it too, hearing things, people say something in the streets, on tv/radio or neighbourhood and I understand it total negatively. It really takes a strong mind to ignore it Well, my strategy is not to dwell on it. You are not a negative person. I think you are positive standing up to this.

Maybe put on construction earmuffs when you hear the voices..if they continue you know it’s not real 100%. Just a thought.

I keep hallucinating past week or so. I heard my mom’s voice this morning in my head. White and black shadows. The dead. Irritated by this.
