There was just results on a study on the news about screen time among adolescents here. There was a correlation between long screen time and mental illness, sleep problems and social problems. Those who had low screen time tended to do better.
Last week I had 1hour 50 minutes average. I guess my goal is less than two hours for now.
But sometimes it can be ok to stay on longer I think. There have been periods, and days I have needed to be on here more for support and belonging.
