Aside from allergies, do you have a food nemesis?
I’m not talking things you just don’t like.

Let me explain.

There are some food items I don’t like, but I can still eat the food if I eat around them or pick them out. Sometimes I can choke them down if I wanna be polite.

My nemesis is dill. I can’t stand the smell, the texture, the taste…
I detect a hint of it in my food and I lose the will to eat. Actually I become so grossed out I lose any ability to eat. I cannot force it down by any means.
THAT is my food nemesis.

Vegetables are my nememsis. They are boring. They are tasteless. But as a diabetic person, I should be eating a lot more of them.

I have no food nemesis. If I can eat Limburger Cheese or Lutefisk I can eat anything. Heck! I have eaten several varieties of flavored insects.

Shall I talk of head cheese. Also a favorite. Or pickled eggs. Yummy!

My taste buds do not discriminate. I wouldn’t eat a ■■■■ sandwich of course but everything else is fair game.

I would have to say olives. I don’t mind olive oil, but whoever came up with the idea of eating Olives is mad LOL

Shrimp. I used to love it until someone tried to feed me raw shrimp that hadn’t been deveined. Bleh.

Jello with fruit suspended in it. The texture combination is horrifying.
