And it is very sore. Dentist is closed today but will phone first thing tomorrow.
A tooth broke at at the gum level. Can’t see a regular dentist being able to pull that so reckon I will need to go into the city to the dental hospital.
Thing is I started having a problem with that tooth about a month ago. If I had gotten it sorted at the time I wouldn’t be in this position

Here there is a shortage and it can take a while to get an appointment.
If it’s urgent you just need to go to the ER.
@Jimbob you need to take better care of your teeth … until you can get into see an oral surgeon I’d would recommend if not allergic to aspirin… to crush one up and place it on broken tooth to numb it up, or get oral jell/ tooth ache numb med’s if you can to deal with the pain a bit. I wish you well and the best towards dealing with it .and hope you feel better soon.

Don’t fool around if it’s your teeth at stake.
I recently had a very obvious hole break open in one of my canines, and another had decay at the gum. I wasn’t brushing as well recently and when I finally gave them a super thorough cleaning and inspected the damage I was horrified. I got an emergency appointment within two days and got them filled for like 230 bucks after discount.
Still more than I wanted to spend but now my teeth are shiny and new looking and I’m back to brushing daily.
You never realize how important your teeth are until you have problems with them.
