I’m not sure I’m in the lycra wearing coffee drinking bike set just yet but I’ve taken the first steps and assembled my new bike. Took less than an hour and was all pretty straight forward. Bit of rain around so will adjust it up and get riding later tomorrow or Monday. Looking forward to it. It’s just a cheap road bike but it has some decent parts.

Looks alright to me. I’d love to have a bike but I’m not getting one until I have my own house. Hopefully you can give it a test run tomorrow. It is supposed tyo be wet tomorrow as well.

No gawd. Just a couple of slight rises and gradients around my block but when I’ve ridden a bit if the body holds up I’ll try some decent bike paths.

Have you ridden much before?
I moved to living in an area where it climbs like a steep gradient for a couple of miles from the town and sea to where I live so I’d love to see my fat arse on a road bike! No mine is now a foldable electric

Exercise has made a big difference to my health so keen to try it thus the cheap road bike. I’ve been jogging around the block which I’ll continue…now I have some different exercise to do which is cool. Looking forward to getting more fit and having a good crack at the summer cricket season. It’s nice having a new bike…my old one was a cheapo but poor quality and it wasn’t much fun repairing all the time.

Now just started needing my bike, my husband is a recluse and FINALLY I have started going out every day
