I always liked older men and women too. Although I mostly dated men and women my own age. I did date quite a few who were quite older than me. Like 15 to 20 years older.

I married a girl 8 years older. No drama’s. I’ve a good friend who I met in highschool and he’s married to a girl 18 years his senior. It’s not really a big deal. Every relationship has it’s pros and cons. If both parties go into it knowing these then no harm done.
