last time I fell I jammed my left index finger really bad…been successful not falling down anymore, but it takes extra caution walking around to not fall down…

My auntie is on strong painkillers and fell and broke her arm and a week or so later she falls again and breaks the other arm anc got bruised face.
And is in hospital now because of her falls.
Her husband of fourty years recently died too.

16 months on from the partial hip op and although I feel safe walking without a stroller/walker within my small flat, walking more than a very short distance outside is another matter. Indoors I have things to hold onto/lean against if needs be. Outside ,in wide open spaces, and where there can be uneven ground, it’s more than a little risky. With the premature Osteoporosis the last thing I need is to have another fall.
