So about dentists

Just wondering if this is a common occurrence with others.

Have you ever been at the dentists and become suddenly aware of the position of your tongue? And then for the rest of the procedure be all like “gaaaaa”, trying to keep your tongue in a position that is not in the way of their probing?

Also, I’m missing like 5 or 6 teeth in the rear between up and lower. Doesn’t it seem unfair that they charge me the same for a cleaning as a person with a full set of teeth? I think I’m gonna demand the “per tooth” rate in the future.

These are the things I ponder while the procedures are ongoing in the dentists chair.

Yes i have.
No fan of dentist cleaning or fixing.
Next time i go i need to pay more and go private. I take decent care of my teeth though.

I am more aware of my tongue at the dentist yeah. Just went a few days ago. I didnt have any problem keeping it away except at one point the cleaning thing touched my tongue and it felt super weird.

If that were the case every dentist would include mandatory free tooth implants.
