Why do you always post these one sentence topics? Why not expand on it a bit so people know what you are talking about and have something to discuss?

How did you get it?

Why can’t you take it out?

Probably wood. I was trying to take it out with needle but couldn’t find but I feel pain

I believe you can use ointment to help draw it out. IF you are using a pin and tweezers already, I guess you might need to try a doctor or live with it for a bit. IDK.

The problem I don’t see where it is . It could be stuck deep

If you cant see it, I would suggest you have it looked at. It may even be something else causing the pain.
