I’m getting a stipend every month kind of an inheritance. With that and Christmas I got some cool ■■■■ coming in. I wanted to show off some stuff and get feedback. I got into edc(everyday carry) years ago but really have only been focusing on watches the past year or two. But last night I ended up ordering a knife. It hasn’t come in but I have a photo to share. The blade is only 5.3 inches. I think it’ll look smaller in person. Anyways if you want share some stuff feel free

What do you do with the knives? Is it for cooking or protection or survival?
Mainly food prep or I’ll carry it if I go hiking and on morning walks. It all started with my grandfather giving me a similar sized knife a few days ago. I wore it on my belt in its sheath around mine and my moms house. It was really fun, but it’s a generic china made knife. What it did though was get me interested in looking into Bark River. I’m mostly at home or one of my sisters or moms and don’t mind wearing it there or around friends houses. I’m not gonna carry it in public, but I’m not in public a lot anyways. I’ll end up being able to carry it more often than not. I don’t plan on using it as a self defense weapon. I’ve been carrying knives for years, but not fixed blades. It’s fun and I enjoy knives. That’s about it.

For sure. I’m pretty good at saving. I had money roll over from last month so this is gonna be my one big purchase for January. I literally don’t plan on spending hardly any the rest of this month.

I have accumulated over 160 rolls of 35mm colour print film over the past month and a half between cleaning out the aunt and uncle’s home and my wife cleaning out my mother-in-law’s home. There are probably another couple hundred rolls stashed around the MIL’s place, to be honest (hoarder). I’ve ordered a C41 developing kit and some chem. Going to shoot some film, develop it at home, and then scan the negs.
