Yes that’s probably a better idea. My mom cut my geodon dose in half and I think that’s contributing to things not going well. The meds put up psychic defenses in our minds to keep supernatural forces out. Though the voices said the geodon has nothing to do with it.
A friend here on forum told me that I have spiritual problems, being too deeply in the spiritual world and I should engage my self in activities.
You have positives?
No just bad withdrawal sides like feeling like crap. Headaches. Nausea. Aches. Sweating and over heating
Did you quit alone, with no supervision?
My pdoc knows what I am doing and so does my social workers. Full support and backup plans in place.
Did your pdoc agree?
I should taper off meds, then
Yes pdoc agree 15151
That’s good. I don’t think mine would agree.
Man these things are heavy psychotropics. It’s not weak to feel withdrawal.
I am not advising that you should go off at all though. It took me 10 years on meds to feel better. Even now I am not off completely. I am microdosing prn
You still have symptoms?
I quit for a month. Didn’t have any withdrawals but after a month…I could feel stuff going downhill. No doctors permission. Still haven’t told him I’m on half as much abilify as I was. It’s working well and today I weighed 163 instead of 172 when I was on 20 mg. 10 mg Is all I need now.
However when I quit meds I still was on my naltrexone. So didn’t quit meds altogether. Just the abilify and Zoloft. I think the naltrexone kept my insight alive.
I would hate to see u come off meds om. I think it’d be worse than imaginable but I do think your combo needs some tweaking whatever that might be because it sounds like you’re on too much.
I think that I could give clozapine a try and if it won’t work either I should quit meds.
I can’t risk my physical health. I have too many heartbeats
Well spoken gratitude.
Many heartbeats, heartburn, high pressure, mini strokes. I am in serious danger. When I told pdoc about mini strokes, he said it’s nothing, maybe the meds. But still he didn’t decrease doses
I’m so sorry you’re having these problems, you’re between a rock and a hard place.
Yes. It’s a tough decision.
Zyprexa causes heartburn, i read. I can’t sleep because of it
