My speciality is:

  • Two pieces of toast
  • A tin of Pork and Beans
  • Super Noodles
  • Two eggs
  • And ■■■■ loads of Garlic pepper

This only takes about 5 mins to cook, but does make a bit of a mess.

Bread in toaster for 2 and 1/2 minutes . That’s all I got :frowning:

I had to throw away my toaster, as bread didn’t fit in it, and pushing it in with a knife kept on tripping the power.

I think you can guess that I am not the best cook!

Milk
Ceyenne pepper (goes with everything, handle with care)

Method

Fry chopped chicken and add ceyenne pepper, add chopped peppers all while rice is boiling. In a saucepan add mushroom sauce and milk and heat until thick, add more ceynne pepper and then add contents of frying pan. Serve with the rice. Dont add ceyenne pepper if your boring

Ingredients
Serves: 1

125g lean minced beef
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon mixed herbs
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and black pepper, to taste
200g chopped tomatoes
50g spaghetti (dried weight)

Method
Prep:5min › Cook:20min › Ready in:25min

In a saucepan, heat the mince on a low heat until the fat starts to grease the pan.
Add the chopped onion, garlic, herbs and salt and pepper to the pan. Stir continuously until the mince is browned, then add the tomatoes. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
While your meat mixture simmers, boil salted water in another saucepan for your spaghetti. Cook as directed on packet.
Drain spaghetti and pour the meat and tomato mixture on top. Serve!

Tip

This spaghetti bolognese can be made even lower calorie by draining the fat from the meat once it is browned. Another adaption could be using vegetarian ‘soya mince’ or Quorn® mince instead of beef mince.

@firemonkey I didn’t knew Thailand has it’s own curry, I used to make some curry as well but with shrimps or chicken. Spicy food is so tasty  and I love it with some fruits on the side like mango or banana to cut off the spiciness and keep on eating .
The others recipes seems delicious and easy to do, I think my favorite is the Tomato and Pesto Pasta, but I would add some protein, like cutted bacon or something tiny that doesn’t take over that dish.

@DragonStorm Thank you! Now I know what to do with zucchinis , my family grows some and sometimes they give it away. I never knew what to do with them.

@doojay who doesn’t love Brownies! Thanks for the recipe

@anon89143308 you’re funny  you guys have more cereals than us. We have a sugar tax here, so there isn’t a lot of cereals to choose from and they are expensive.

If you’ve got picky kids who won’t eat veggies you can purée spinach and put it in your brownies. You can’t taste it at all

I let my daughter eat as much as she wanted

I also know that you can purée cooked cauliflower and put it in mashed potatoes. Problem is you can taste the cauliflower

My kid wouldn’t eat veggies and it worried me. I bought this book I think it was called Sneaky Chef. It had all kinds of recipes like maybe put squash in your mac n cheese

Ingredients for 4

500 mL of milk
4 to 5 table spoons of sugar
4 to 5 egg yolks
1 table spoon of wheat flour
1 lemon peel
Around 100 g of sugar to burn on the top with a torch (if you don’t have it’s good even without it)

How to do it

Beat the egg yolks with sugar and the flower. When the mixture is well homogeneous and fluffy, you pour the milk that was boiled with the lemon peel. Remove the lemon peel before pour it.
Then you let it cook on the kitchen stove on low heat stirring until it thickens a little bit. Once ready pour it on platter or if you like have small dosages pour it small cups.
Let it cool a little bit and then let it chill on the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. When served sprinkle sugar on the top and burn it with torch.

Sounds good but that’s an awfully lot of parmesan cheese.
