You’re not dead. You can get better.

I also like to read children’s books about mindfulness and managing your emotions, especially when I feel too overwhelmed to read anything else.

Plus they have illustrations.

It seems pointless to go on if you’re dead. My voices insist I’m some kind of phenomena like an illusion… I would be glad to know I was not dead in any sense of the word. I hear this is a common delusion. It’s mean on the part of the voices but I think they really believe it. I fear an Alter Ego dissociated from me. He says he is the real Jinx. I killed him for awhile but he comes back again and again like a horror movie. I forget and let go of the past so easily when it’s angst in my head. He is not devine at all. That is gone.

The way of transition by William Bridges.
One of the Louise Hay Books, if you’ve read one you’ve read them all.

You need to see your pdoc and explain all this to them

I found Steven Coveys First Things First and 7 Habits … books pretty useful. I find it very helpful to partition my to do lists into roles.

I liked some of Zig Ziglars books although the religious parts seem rather hokey. His books inspired me to make a “dream sheet” aka bucket list and surprisingly I got quite a few things on it done like getting married, getting a newer car, quitting smoking, getting a pet, living in a nicer neighborhood…

This is brilliant. Thankyou @anon16583342. I have started going through the list to see which ones to buy
