Perfectionism has been researched and shown to be really bad for mental health. It causes a lot of unnecessary stress in people’s life - which can lead to anxiety and depression.

Sadly, I am a perfectionist. I try to make my English perfect all the time although it is impossible.
Now I think I am more a perfectionist than a schizophrenic.
