I think you can still work if hearing voices just have to be really aware that it’s just your head playing games. It’s stressful though.
The negatives are what do me in though. Lack of inertia. I’m 90% sure it’s negatives cuz 3 years ago I wasn’t like this at all I had all motivation and volition but had voices and delusions
It wears down ones will.
Man my specific symptoms are unlike anything I’ve ever heard of. Jaynebeal comes close but still different.
