You need to see a doctor. They will diagnose you. Maybe it’s the beginnings of schizophrenia.

You should talk with your therapist about these doubts, anyways these thoughts are not delusions (you know that they are not real) and the voices when half asleep are hypnagogic hallucinations.
Furthermore these obsessions may be part of your OC & anxiety disorders.

knowing that these thought are delusions n not true not making them delusions you mean?

Yes, if you know that they are not true they are not delusions.

There are 2 groups of people at risk of psychosis:

1 - those with Brief Limited Intermittent Psychotic Symptoms.

2 - those with relatives with sz, a collapse in school/work performance, social withdrawal, vulnerable personality (schizotypal, paranoid) and negative symptoms.

how can social withdrawl make ppl sz? as im mostly homebound for having panic attacks n derealization

It doesn’t make them sz but with the other symptoms it is one common alarm bell.

are derealisation depersonalization and panic n depression anything to do with sz? or psychosis? im afraid of having psychotic break u know at this time

Some people with sz experience them as ‘secondary’ problems.
You should listen to your pdocs and care about treating your OCD.

tnx for giving me peace of mind rn. can i ask how it all started for ya?

It has not started yet  I’m in the 2° group and I’m working with my therapists to prevent and limit the future possible psychotic break.

oh so wht is your symptoms now

Those written above:

collapse in school/work performance, social withdrawal, vulnerable personality (schizotypal, paranoid) and negative symptoms.

This could be the beginning of psychosis. You’ll need to talk to a doctor to be diagnosed. Also, it could be caused by many things, not just schizophrenia. Examples are brain tumours, environmental factors, etc. Very important to be checked by a physician and the proper tests done immediately. This is not a case where you want to limit your diagnosis to what you heard from strangers on the Internet.

Good luck.

She talked with many doctors:

No mention of blood work, MRI scans, EEGs, etc. Diagnosing SZ and ruling out other factors requires a certain battery of diagnostic testing, not just shopping doctors until one tells you what you want to hear.

Usually GPs rule out these conditions before sending a patient to a pdoc, anyways these doctors didn’t believe it was necessary to rule out other conditions because there were not psychotic symptoms, only primarily obsessional OCD.

Nope. GP referred me immediately to PDOCs who ruled them out through testing after realizing GP hadn’t.

What you say is compatible to what I said in the quote.
