I did some things today. Cleaned my room and closet. Did laundry. It’s a step up from laying in bed all day. I’ve been tapering off of risperidone and my lexapro. I am wondering if my meds are actually making my depressive symptoms worse. The voices aren’t as active when I’m up and moving around.
