The temperature rose from -21 F last night to -9 F and the car started this morning! Yay! I’m going to my clubhouse today and then the Food Bank later to see what fruits and veggies they have left over. It’s called the Food is Medicine program and you can get up to 5 lbs of free fruits/veggies every weekday. It helps me save money.

I was on ADs most of my twenties. It completely killed sex drive.
Haven’t been on them for a while.
Enjoy. ADs are horrible for SZ patients imo.

I keep falling asleep. I think it’s because of the cold. But I also don’t know.
I never did hit the books last night. Sigh. I’ve just lacked motivation recently, a lot of it.

Not feeling good today. I’m freezing and I feel weird. I hope I’m not about to get sick. I’m just going to rest and sleep. Also my throat feels sore. I just had some tea.

Probably gonna move into my Twin Brothers “granny annex” at the bottom of his garden in the new year. This town is annoying me - can stay the hell away from shona as well. Ill get the sister to rent out the flat again - cos im skint.
Only thing is - he drinks like a fish - and i might be tempted. Will have to change mental health team as well.
I dont know. Maybe ill leave it till april, the new tax year, and ill know what my finances are, depending on the brother in law.
Healthwise, been pretty good tho. No “vicky” for a couple of days now, in my head - and ive lowered the meds without telling them as well.
The estate of my late father came thru as well - after me and the brother denouced as executors of the will. The council cremated him the other month.
After they paid his rent arrears and sold his clapped out motor - we all got left the princely some of £56 quid lol. Told the solicitor to donate it to the local food bank.
Even in Death, he was an f’ing Loser.

I keep dreaming about the ex-wife alot lately. Shes got her head in my lap - and little one is a baby coo-ing in the room next door. And im telling everyone how proud i am to have them both. And im happy.
Then i wake up, and realise is a dream - and it sort of upsets me. I almost want to goto bed early so i can re-live it again. Slightly doing my nut in.

Tea may help. I’ve gotten so unused to caffeine that I can still jolt my system into hyperdrive with a few cuppa. Wooo!

Computer going in for usual service tommorow. 50 quid for them to pickup and deliver and 100 for express service same day. Keeps shutting down when playing 4k so getting them to throw in a 1000w PSU, theres a semi decent one for 150.
It all comes back fresh and clean and air dusted. Would do it myself, but im a clumsy fool lol.

Went to pick up a perscription, but suddenly they wanted me to pay for the meds. I have gotten them for free for years per regulations here in Norway for life important medication. Either the doc changed something, or the pharmacy had a malfunction in their system. I’m leaning towards the last, because that has happened before. Anyway I had to send in a new form for perscription to the doc they said, to get it settled.
