I’m feeling pretty good, slept well. Have five hours until I need to get in the shower, have plenty of time to chill.

I need some advice. There’s this guy where I use to live that was always having me pick up his packages so they wouldn’t be stolen. He is leaving text and telephone messages. He is getting to be a pain in the butt. He wants to move in here. I don’t want to do his bidding again,. I could care less that he is interested in living here, and getting on the waiting list.

I’ve had two hours of sleep not good.

I really have something on my mind I want to share but I’m embarrassed. It’s weighing heavy on my mind I mean really heavy.

Sorry I know it’s too early for all this but it’s causing me panic and I need to talk about it somehow.

So I met a guy before Easter and while we used something um you know it broke. He wasn’t using me I just well basically used him I’m in no place for relationships.

It takes 3 months for some conclusive test can be done…I said 3 months. I tested negative 21 days after event now I have to retest in another month and half to be sure!!

I will never have sex again!

Nothing to be embarrassed about, you’re doing fine, and everything is going to be ok.

To calm panic, focus on things in the present, like sights, sounds, and smells. Control your breathing with longer outward breaths so that your amygdala knows you’re not being chased by tigers.
