I loooove languages!!! Te Reo Māori is a cool language. I haven’t really studied it but know I know 1 word by heart. “Puka puka” which means book.

No I needed it for the apartment so they could automatically withdraw rent.
Does sport massage help performance? By how much do you think?
I think sport massage is more something to do after sport to get rid off the acids. My course has so far been mainly sport psychology though.
I listen to piano music as well if I need to relax or have insomnia or anxiety.

Man I foam rolled my it bands, adductors and glutes for the first time today. 5 repetitions and I was done. It was too unconfortable lol

Yes. I’ve heard of the music and remember ‘defying gravity’. But Einaudi is more calming.
