My 14 year old Shih Tsu has a cataract in his only eye too. Poor little guy. How is Cricket doing getting around?
All is good here! I have fingerprinting this afternoon, and I’m not looking forward to leaving the house. After driving to get Cricket, I’ve been in extra pain- back and knees. I just want to rest. I don’t want the woman I’ll meet tomorrow about the new job to notice that I move like an 80 year old who forgot her walker.
Oddly enough, I don’t think it’s a cataract. She does tend to run into things, and she does a lot of head tilting, like she’s trying to get as clear of a view as possible. I hope to be able to take her to a canine ophthalmologist once I have a little money saved from my new job (assuming it work out).
Poor fur baby. Well, keep things in the same place all the time so she can get around easier. You can also use certain scents in certain rooms to help her find her way around, as well as different texture rugs/mats in certain places to help her get around as she loses her vision @Happy_H
just cleaned the kitchen next is my bedroom
Took dad to physical therapy.
Made shells and cheese for lunch.
Did a grocery run.
Dropped off library items.
Need to scoop litter boxes and spruce up my living area.
Got paid today. Yay.
Gonna do my usual musical instruments and hobbies. Feeling a little tired atm though.
I’ve heard that school children go to school 6 days a week there and that your job is decided when you’re a kid
Lately I’ve hallucinated chickens, a shadow man and cats. Last night there was a shadow man in my room as I was trying to sleep. That was scary.

Had my panbread.
With amaranth plus walnuts inside
Last time I was a little bit happy when I heard and saw a car with a broken clutch cruisin’ thru town.
Definitely looks like him.
Oh as the night falls I’m scared of what I’ll see
It’s it normal to have hallucinations only in the night?
Well, anxiety can trigger hallucinations.
And having a history of hallucinating at night can trigger anxiety when night comes which can lead to more hallucinations
That figures I’m set up for failure
Not really. If you do mindfulness activities and calm yourself down over time the anxiety can get less and less
That’s a adorable picture
