felt brave today and went to a poetry group and read out 2 of my poems. the people were all really nice and kind and it felt loving. worth goingā€¦ also i heard about an open mic night thats meant tobe really special, that i might try to go to sometimeā€¦ (but not to perform). hope yā€™all are having aweome days

I walked to the thrift shop earlier and they didnā€™t have jackshit in my size or anything that really caught my eye.

Fed Jimmy some calming treats before I left and he seems to be doing really well.

Thatā€™s about all thatā€™s new in my neck of the woods.

I finally found a big cheap container of ground cinnamon at walmart. Now the bag of sugar I bought, basically as decoration, will get some use making cinnamon sugar. I put cinnamon sugar on heated bagels with peanut butter.

Im watching dune part 1. My dad asked if i wanted to go see dune 2. I remember trying to watch the tv series and only watched like 10 mins. I thought it was just about sand dunes in egypt or something :sweat_smile:

So far its pretty interesting wirh futuristic concepts

Sooo!

I buzzed my hair off then took the wet electric head shaver and took it down to the skin then tried my straight razor for the first time. Got two small knicks on my neck and a little razor burn. My fault for three reasons:

  1. I need to take my time.
  2. I need to use a thick lather.
  3. I need to use the proper edge angle.

Butā€¦one pass and my neck is smooth as hell. I am going to stick with it. I also like being a bald ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– .

Doing laundry. Took a shower.

Gonna do some more instruments.

Gonna spin a record too.

Maybe video game later.

Laundry is folded and put away.

My kitty is following me all over the house today. Lol! He knows he is adorable. :heart_eyes_cat:

Time for musical instruments then video games for an hour or two.

9:35 PM. Gonna wait a while before taking meds.

I accomplished a lot today. More than I thought I would.

If my dad doesnā€™t wake me up tomorrow morning for something stupid I will tackle the fridge. I already carried the motor home battery up from the basement for him so he can charge it.
