same. i layed and just had a convo with myself with my eyes closed for like an hour, each day i stay up a little longer, a few days ago i went to sleep at 5am and wokeup 2pm, yesterday fell asleep around 7am and wokeup 4pm, i guess ill be up till like 8am today

You just boil a banana in its peel for about 10-15 minutes, then drink about a cup of the water. I usually boiled about 2ish cups of water and and drank half, went to sleep, then drank the other half when I woke up a few hours later.
Interesting…I certainly never would have thought to boil a banana in its peel and drink the liquid. Unusual remedy.

Yeah. Same stuff. Apparently it works best without other amino acids, so getting it from turkey doesn’t do much for most people.
