I just got through swallowing a cuppa Joe lol.

I think my brother is still sleeping.

I looked up the manual for my Panasonic camera online because I wanted to know how to change the frame rate. I got it figured out. I changed it to shoot in 4K at 24 frames per second. :slight_smile:

I have a lot of ideas, I just need to sit down and write a script. I have one short script I wrote a few years ago thatā€™s like a horror/dark comedy titled ā€œDancinā€™ to the Oldies.ā€ :laughing:

Yogaā€™d and freshly showered!

30 minute session today. Worked those glutes and quads. Got a wobble on my standing splits. My left leg is considerably weaker than right.

Had a bit of avolition before but forced myself to do it. Feeling rewarded for it now!

Hoping to get a lot more flexible over the next few months.
