Today i walked around a beach with golden sand and up a hill. It was good because my workouts are paying off, usually a hill that steep would piss me off, but i found it easy
The bay that me and my dad walked to was beautiful and peaceful. And there was only 1 other person there and they were on the opposite end of the bay.

Now im just sitting in the sun drinking a (non magic) mushroom coffee. Gonna revise my study notes and have a workout later.
My husband is upset that I agreed to do the 72 hr heart monitor test because I have to pay $100 for it and he thinks thereās nothing wrong even though I had an abnormal ECG (heart test),
I just want to be sure like the dr says.
But I think heās right and I have nothing to worry about. So I guess Iām being selfish and needlessly spending money. Ugh!
Yeah, its so relaxing that i just wanna keep sitting in the sun all day! Yum! Im trying to decide whether to have an actual coffee and risk a bad sleep myself. I want a caffiene kick for my study and workout
I called my grandparents and chatted about the news. Iām waiting to see if I can get in earlier to the dentist on a cancellation, in the meantime I am keeping my teeth clean and drinking mostly water.
Aww I see. Yeah I remember you saying that youāre very sensitive to caffeine. Do you have any meds that are safe to take that help you sleep? Like psych or over the counter?
I donāt like mixing meds and caffeine either though.
The pdoc said its ok for me to take extra APs to sleep, cause iām a fast metabolizer. Had 2 coffees, so thats what iāll be doingā¦ my gosh, the coffee made me feel high! Are you still listening to the 80s marathon?
Yes, the 80s marathon is on all weekend with the exception of a live DJ show that comes on Saturday night, a replay of Kasey Kaysumās show which plays early Sunday morning, and a 70s retro show that plays Sunday night.
@agent101g Right on man! I donāt shave everyday because I get really bad razor burn and bumps on my neck if I do. Apparently thatās pretty common with a lot of Latino men and men of African heritage. So I shave about once every 5 to 7 days just to keep up appearance and be sanitary.
I watched Faces of Death last night on Shudder haha. It really wasnāt as shocking as the first time I saw it when I was really young. A lot of it even seems tame nowadays compared to the violence thatās all over the news and internet. Some of the animal cruelty kind of upset me though but I found out on good ole Google that most of it was fake, and no human being actually died in the movie.

Hey yāall, I had a good day and a great night. Itās just past 1:30 am, got home from a concert half an hour ago.
I took my female friend with me to see Like a Storm, a rock (somewhat metal) band from New Zealand. It was their first time in five years touring America, though I had never seen them live.

At one point the vocalist jumped down off the stage and came out into the crowd, like a couple feet from us, all while singing, got a high five from him.

Earlier today I got this little 2 ounce measuring cup that I ordered on Amazon so I can measure my laundry detergent more accurately.
And also today I walked to the store and bought some good stuff to make meals, like pasta sauce, beef, chicken, instant white rice, wing sauce for the chicken and rice, stuff like that. I got really good deals on the beef and chicken because they expire soon so they were marked down quite a bit.
