Ive found that practicing on a basketball hoop in my backyard and having to chase down the rebounds when they go far has been good for upping my activity level.
My phone is set to count my steps. I think 3,436 steps in 30 minutes is good considering its less than halfway to the day being over and just a few weeks ago id barely get this many steps in a whole day
I walked to the discount grocer earlier and stocked up on some good deals. Got some beef and chicken that was discounted for quick sale. Got home and threw both of them in the freezer.
Now I’m just chillin with Jimmy and listening to the 80s marathon on my local station.
I got my little measuring cup earlier today that I ordered on Amazon. Now I’ll know exactly the amount of tablespoons that I’m using for my laundry loads. I really like it a lot. I washed it earlier just to be on the safe side. It’s a small little thing but super helpful for what I’ll be using it for. It’s only 2 US fluid ounces big, or 4 tablespoons.

Today has been an extra topping pizza and sweet wine day. Got in about an hour physical activity outside today, now just watching retro game collecting videos and found my power cord for my xbox 360 as well one of my wireless earbuds. So glad its friday even tho weekends lately feel very short
