@Montezuma My German/Irish/American grandmother used to make taco ring. You brown your hamburger with taco seasoning in it. Then you roll it in a ring of dough and bake it. You serve it with lettuce, tomato onion sour cream and salsa. I would also add black olives.

I make an all beef chili using cut up roast and seasoned with chili powder…love it on chili cheese fries (all meat chili).

Today i helped man the PFLAG booth at the local summer fair with a lady from my church. It was kind of awkward when a nurse from the psych ward showed up with her girlfriend to check out the booth…i had no idea she was gay…course, she probably wondered about me, too! It was still fun, and i got to do something that forced me to leave my apartment and socialize, so it’s all good.
