Baby human has a fever of 102.7
I called the pediatricians office last night and they basically said “don’t bring her in unless she’s had a fever for more than 4 days”

I’d exercise more if I could have a warm house.
I don’t fancy stripping off to exercise shorts and working out in a cold room. I know I’ll warm up with the pilates, but the thought of getting cold in this cost of living crisis and not being able to have the heating on all the time restricts me.

I exercise in sweatpants and a sweater on my exercise bike. But I do put the heating sometimes on.

I actually went for 2 walks today outside with a good winter coat. You just have to be a bit more creative and show perseverance in the winter.
But I gained some weight this winter since I am doing shorter walks when it’s cold and dreary like today.

I slept well. No issues. Took a med. 5 days sober. 
Well what do you fricken know? A client wants dad and I to shovel today. I am going to ignore the text. Need a day for myself. Sick of these needy people. We didn’t even get that much snow.

My sleep tablet didn’t work last night so I took another one then I finally slept a few hours.
I accidentally consumed grapefruit juice which you’re not meant to take on latuda.
A w large can bigger than normal cans.
Hopefully I’ll be ok.
I’m having my delicious morning coffee.
I woke up 3 am but didn’t get to sleep til 11 or so.

Was getting pretty angry at these people. Dad’s only disability is that he can’t hear so he takes on all these jobs as a side hustle. Try being sza. My mood is low now and still hearing those damn sirens.

I got the cult classic Frankenhooker on DVD LOL! I forgot how crazy this movie is.
And I got the classic hip-hop album “Paid in Full” by Erik B. and Rakim. It’s from the era of jogging suits and thick chains, and the lyrical talent paved the way for more modern New York hip-hop.
