My mental health is 80% good. Psychosis is under control, bipolar is under control, ptsd is under control, but the only thing left I’m actively dealing with is my OCD.
I mentioned in a previous thread that I have managed to use push ups as a ritual instead of obsessive checking. My arms and chest are getting pumped, but it doesn’t address the OCD issue.
It isn’t as bothersome or disrupting as the other conditions, but it is a bit of a pain in the butt.

what if edible mushrooms like lions mane used in food is fungus in physical form the meat of its body, what if the fungi has a mind which is why its used as nootropic, no one knows how fungi appear but they grow into a supposedly non animal (as we believe) with a meat like texture, and mind protecting and synergizing effect

I saw my primary care doctor and he said I no longer have pneumonia. He’s gonna give me some ground moose meat at my next visit in November cuz I told him I won’t have food stamps next month and it’s gonna be hard to afford food. I also got my weekly clozapine blood draw a day early cuz it might rain tomorrow and make driving impossible. I don’t know why my pdoc is requiring the blood test since it’s not required anymore, but I guess it’s a CYA thing.
