Yeah too much caffeine can definitely impact your sleep in a negative way.

I’m doing good :grin: had some strawberry milk before I brushed my teeth. It was really good. Had fish and fries for dinner.

You’re right. I hate coffee because i love it and am addicted to it and it stops me from sleeping well…

I don’t like strawberry milk, but fish and chips is yum!

I read a little bit today. I finished the section and shorts for week 5 for CS50X. Next, I have to start week 5 psets or re-watch the lecture. I’m taking my time.

I also finished cleaning my room today.

I took another nap this evening. Woke up super tired and just laid in bed for almost another hour.

I got my Casio G Shock watch earlier today. I love it. Super nice watch and it feels very heavy duty like it can take a good beating. :blush:

Sounds good, man. I’m doing well, got home from work twenty minutes ago, chillin. I’m also going to try to be asleep by midnight, but I doubt that will happen.

Hey homeboy, sounds like a sweet score, the watch I mean. From age 18 to my late 20s I always carried a pocket watch. Since then I just use my phone, but I liked my pocket watches, had some nice ones over the years. Damn it, Monte, now I wanna splurge on a nice pocket watch lol.

I used to have a nice pocket watch when I was in high school. It had a little pouch that clipped on my belts. I always felt real fancy schmancy with it lol.

Just took 50 mg quetiapine, hoping I will sleep good but not sleep through my morning alarm, I turned my fan off which feels a little weird like no air circulating or background noise. One thing about new meds is it’s always kinda anxiety inducing not knowing how it will go, especially if you read all potential side effects online

Did nothing all day, until i watched the neuroscience video on motivation. That said the more little things that you don’t wanna do, that you do; The more motivated you will be and the stronger will you will have to live…

And so i went on the indoor bike, did some gardening and read a boring genetics book.

And i do feel more motivated. Exercising helped me realize that my food cravings were actually cravings for a dopamine hit, which exercise gave me.

My body is tired and sore from pump class and the little exercise i did today, now, though.

I had a little bit of Malt O’ Meal generic Lucky Charms earlier when I got up from my nap. I forget the exact name of the cereal. Something like ā€œMagic Marshmallowsā€ or some bs like that LOL. :laughing:

I often buy the bagged cereals, too. I like the s’mores cereal from, I think, Malt O Meal. It’s basically Golden Grahams, Cocoa Puffs and mini marshmallows, tasty af. I try to keep cereal and milk on hand, relatively healthy snack.
