Group was good today. It wasn’t too hot and humid so I didn’t sweat a lot. Feeling better after getting out and walking for an hour.

Hey Kiddos! 
Not much going on here. I got up early around 8am and gave Jimmy his snack then went back to bed for a little while.
When I got up my packages had been delivered downstairs so I ran down there to grab those. I got Scarface on DVD and some really nice Hanes shorts.
I took a shower last night so I feel all nice and clean today. 
We’re still under a heat advisory here until 8pm tonight. These are the breaks.

I find it hard to sit and study during the day, so I do it at night. But I’ve had such a good sleep pattern lately since stopping energy drinks that I’m not sure what to chose to do.

Hello. I got up like an hour ago. I looked at photos of places that i thought i wsnted to travel to… and i realized that unless i do something about my mind, even if i could travel, then i wouldnt even.enjoy it. So its coffee and meditation time! How you guys doing?

discovered a new band, OPMC. a band from the early 70’s. they only have one album…on spotify anyways…super mellow melodies and harmony in singing.

Sweet Jesus is it hot here!
I went to Walmart earlier and got a few groceries and a bunch of cheap pencils, markers, and pens for drawing. Thankfully everything was super cheap.

It’s pretty hot here too. Lower level AC is out so it’s like 78 degrees down there. It’s fine upstairs but the one AC unit is kind of working overtime so we’re trying to get someone here ASAP.

It felt like 100 and plus degrees here today. I took the stairs earlier to go downstairs to meet Mamacita because we’re down to one elevator and I felt like I was walking into a sauna.
