I just walk and chat with a friend get a coffee sometimes eat at a restaurant, look if there is nice clothes or shoes to buy. Sometimes we go in bestbuy try laptops, cellphones, tvs etc or look at video games at gamestop. better than staying home, i get depressed when i stay home all day

Therapy went well.
Ate supper. Gonna get on the exercise bike for a half hour in 45 minutes then I will shower.

I’m up early. I slept from 6 pm till 11 pm.
I either sleep 5 or 15 hours.
It’s kinda unpredictable.
