We got a whole two inches today. Light and fluffy so easy to shovel. More snow throughout the night and into tomorrow.

What video games are you currently playing?
Shiii! I haven’t touched my Switch in a month. PS4 gets more use. Atari here and there. Gameboy Color is fun playing Lemmings and Paper Boy. I love retro gaming.

Gravy is really easy to make and it taste good. You just in a frying pan pick up what I use whatever type of fat you want you can eat. I’ve used mayonnaise even and then you put a little bit of flour like a tablespoon of flour and let that in fry that and that you mix the flower in real good and then you put your milk or your water and you put your salt and pepper to taste And that’s pretty much it. Let the liquid thicken into your desired amount.

It’s been a bit more than 3 weeks since I went back on it. I’m sleeping much better. Usually 10 to 12 hours a night. Thats not healthy but I think it’s not as un-healthy as getting 1 to 2 hours a night.
My paranoia and delusions are 95% controlled.
I can’t control my appetite on it. I’m hungry all the time.

Sorry for the delay. I had to get straighten out some laundry. I got a bunch of stuff on my drying rack and I’m burning an incense so it will all smell really good.
I’m in good spirits tonight though my lad. Just chillin with Jimmy and the radio now.
I feel ya on those AP munchies man. I get them every night after I take my Loxapine. My AP takes really good care of me too. I would never go off it.

That is correct, I’m fairly certain that Loxapine is a first generation med.
I get most of the typical side effects from it like lethargy and weight gain. Also the munchies.

Yea I believe this has a name. Id always get like that when I used to take Invega. It’s like restlessness or like I’d… My joints feel weird and I just need to move constantly. Maybe it’s a combination of symptoms for me but yea. I’d ask your doc if there’s anything you can do about it. I think there’s a med for it.

So a really good friend of mine gave me some top steaks earlier this week. He is unable to chew them because he’s missing a lot of teeth. He knew I was kind of struggling this month because of what happened to my food stamps. That was really sweet of him to give me the steaks. I took them out of the freezer tonight and they’re thawing on my counter. There’s 2 huge steaks in the plastic wrapping. Hopefully I can fit them both in my new skillet!

i had that with haldol. im on invega now. its like the same mentally but physically i dont feel as restless as with haldol
