Whenever I grow my beard hair gets blond reddish like. Its black when shaved. Its weird. When I was a kid I had blond hair but as I grew up it became dark like black.

Yeah, theyāre outside cats so I donāt have to worry about a litter box.
Anytime I go outside and pet them I wash my hands afterwardsā¦ just to be safe!

Thanks, @Bowens. I donāt know how to make it stop. My therapist is really good at behavioral stuff so Iāll discuss it with him.
Maybe I should bring the other doodle I did, where itās this weird creature riding a machine that has an ax attached to it, like an automatic ax-er. I seriously donāt get my brain sometimes.

I also take prescription Vitamin D, it was low in my blood tests. I never get sun. 2000UI daily.

Iām travelling to Liverpool on Thursday for a work Xmas night out. Meeting some new people and socialising. Havenāt met anyone at work in years, so it feels weird. Donāt want to do it!
Now Iām anxious about what to wear, my haircut, or lack of it, and a bunch of other anxieties I donāt enjoy feeling. But maybe I will enjoy the day itself or at least feel better for going than for hiding away.

Itās because of dna. Back in the day (in history) white folks mixed with Arabs. Idk exactly how to explain it. It may come from Turkish people who used to live in Syria. Itās my guess.
Look up Middle East history on the Roku Channel. Thereās a series on that channel that explains it.
Dna is funny. My sister has a dark complexion with black hair. My niece (her daughter) has brown hair and is white as a snowflake

The bald headed creature riding the ax machine is in the upper left corner, and the ax is on the right. Thereās a bunch of other doodles in there, snakes, worms, caterpillars, bees and bee hive. Which is all weird because bugs freak me out.
