Saw pdoc today

Not the same one as last month but the previous month (Dr “Mango”). He’s very soft spoken and gentle but can ramble a lot and takes on role of therapist.

He kept me long today discussing my marriage and self disgust etc and I waited a long time to get a word in. Plus there were two student ladies interns there so I felt rather uncomfortable discussing my private affairs.

It was an unsatisfactory session really. But there has been some med changes

Because of the muscle stiffness of haloperidol in my neck, he’s lowering it from 5mg to 4mg and increased my amisulpride to 500mg.

Lamotrigine and citalopram stay the same.

He doesn’t like clonazepam that last month pdoc gave me, instead wants to put me on mirtazapine for sleep. If it works well, maybe it can replace the citalopram but he says that’s working nicely.

Best of luck with the increased dose. I hope it works for you.

oh i hate people shaddowing my mentsl health workers. i guess they are just other mental health workers though. recent hires.

there is a medication called akinethon. i used to take it while i was under high dosages of haliperidol. it would kill my stiffness in a second. wonderful stuff. you could check with your pdoc. it can be administered locally in very small dosages even thou it goes systemic but it will kill your kneck stiffness in a second. maybe just for when it gets severe.
