Sauted onions

my favorite veggie. last night at dinner I asked my nephew what his favorite veggie was? he said “is potato a veggie”…haha, I said “onions are my favorite veggie”

I put onions in everything, my salads, my quinoa, my bean salad. I go through like 3 big onions a week.

im going to wait til he’s at least a sophomore in high school before I start talking to him about college majors or trade school. I figure he’s still a little too young, he’ll be in the 8th grade when the school year starts back up.

I always leave the onion off my steak and cheeses and hamburgers. A tiny, tiny bit of onion is okay but too much overpowers it and you don’t taste anything but onion. My experience at least.

do you like yellow, white or red onions?

I like red and white. I put the red onions on my garden salad and I put the white onions in everything else.

I find red sauted onions with brown sugar to be very tasty.

Chipotle has killer grilled onions and green peppers.
I always ask them to add extra when I get a bowl.

sounds good. when I used to drink all the time. late at night I would fry up some mushrooms, throw in some red bell peppers and onion and put a little maple syrup in it.

I thought it was pretty good, but then again I was drunk. haven’t made it in a couple years now.

I think anything salty tastes really nice if you add something sweet to it, especially meat.
