and clonazepam 1 mg twice daily
was on seroquel XR, replaced it with sarcosine, and i must say my sleep atm is ok and i am not very sedated like seroquel been on that ■■■■ for too long years
I hope you’re discussing these types of changes with your doctor before you do them.

he’s on vacation for 3 weeks, i told a nurse i would be doing this 4 weeks ago.
he doesn’t care about my negative symptoms my psychiatrist was nearly dying from the seroquel XR walking around like zombie for years

Has any one been taking Sarcosine since 2 months or more wit or without regular medicine and have felt significantly better ?

hes not interested in these type off healing medicine but i told another psychiatrist and he was ok with it
