Hmm NMDA receptors dysfunction leading to reduced inhibition of Serotonin 5-HTA 2A receptors. I wonder what this have to do with negative symptoms. Abilify is an antagonist of 5-HTA 2A receptors while Risperdal isn’t. I have more negative symptoms on Risperdal.
