yes life style and meds did this to me. i wish you the best .

Congrats on the repair. I have had many of them. 4 in fact 4x umbilical hernia and 2 testicular hernias, and 2 stomach hernias, also right side of large intestine removed. You will heal it just irritating, but you need time and patients.
