since 5th feb im not doing so good, the psychologists will discharge me next week by letter. they wont tell me why, so now i think ive said or done something wrong. i know they did say their service has done all it can for me, what exactly does that mean?
i still dont know what to do, ive written to them and its been ignopred and ive phoned them and all they can say is wait till you get your letter.
Sounds like you need to find yourself a new psychologist. Do you have any idea where else you can go? Is that the same place where you’ve been getting your meds from? Can your regular doctor prescribe meds while you look for a new doc?
i think thats what im most anxious about, what about the meds?

and sertraline 100mg
ive just been to see the nurse practitioner, she said once the letter has come to the doctors, she will consider referring me to the other pdoc
so ive just got to wait now until it comes.
