Read this if you want to improve your life

So its almost New Years, I think it is a good time to post this now. I hope that this will help people.
What I found out is you are capable of more then you thought was possible.

So heres the deal
I dont have money and the luxury to have a personal trainer.
What I did was Download Youtube convertor then I search for
Motivational speeches. you can download David Goggins or Eric Thomas.
for example:
2022 MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH- DAVID GOGGINS
Put them on a mp3 player or a Iphone with a headsset. Or whatever it is that you use.

You need a coach.
They will help you to stay on track.
When you are going to the gym, or you go out for a walk they will give you fuel and energy to keep going.
Listen to the mp3 when you are working see them as your personal trainer.

its mandatory to eat healthy and use suppelements. You need fuel for your body
if you dont give it the right fuel and the brain doesnt have the nutrient its requires you cant function.

Go at it alone.
The only way youre gonna build true strenght and discipline is training alone. yeah its still better going with someone then going nothing at all
but if you want true grit and discipline and embark it alone.

Whats this about
its about that if you have a goal in your mind. for example run or walk 3 mile that you are gonna do the 3 mile.
if you attempt something, for the first time or even the second time, or even the third time. Thats okey its, okey to fail. its not ok to Quit.
so you can go read a book or watch a show and at some point you might stop. What you do is, you go the same day at it again, or the next day on the next morning.

What is also interesting that if you want to do stuff, but you are lazy. That means your mind controls you and you are not in control of it.
You have to come to a point where for example you have to put out the trash you are gonna put out the trash. It may rain, it may be cold but you are still gonna do it.
Thats something that Goggins talks about, you can be motivated, you can be inspired. But only when you are driven then you are gonna reach your goal.

I need a dose of motivation every thing I would plan to start.

The main motivation and shift of mind starts of with a shower for me.

@jean1 This is some awesome stuff. I used to believe in pushing myself beyond my limits. I always ran into what I call burnout. I would lose all interest and motivation and just want to sleep and be left alone. My fear of burnout and exhaustion stopped me from wanting to do anything. I am pushing harder now instead of fearing burnout and exhaustion. My mind is working for me not against me. I am so used to the fear. My mind says don’t fear but learn. My mind no longer punishes me and condemns me. My mind applauds me and shows me how I keep improving. The mind is an amazing thing and when it functions without delusions and psychosis life becomes an amazing thing also.
