Rant and rave, bleat. TW?

Desire…just one desire.

The concept only availed when thoughts run far away.

They say the divine is in the trees.

The divine in the ground.

Divine in the sky.

But, when I use my eyes, I only see divine inside me.

No Mother Earth, no time for rebirth….

I’ve had my heroes, I’ve had dreams.

Uncomfortable truth.

Bearing standard above cold stone.

When I believe the truth rewritten.

That’s when I’ll reach for my revolver.

That’s when I taste steel and oils.

That’s when I’ll blow it all away.

Released, like a spirit passing by this way…

:llama:

PS: I’m not suicidal, and have no gun. This was written, produced and directed in dirge to when I was delusional. Writing it as a form of procession.

Unrelated to the rant,

I have a follow up question to another thread of yours.

Did you and your fiancé ever work things out when it comes to cleaning?

Just thought about it when I saw your post.

It’s better but not perfect. She’s made an visible effort to put in more work keeping up her part.

It’s still cluttered, and most of it is her stuff.

I advised storage for some of her stuff, she didn’t like that.

The part that irks me is that she thinks because she moved In with me, that I should get rid of my stuff. Couches, tables, bookcases, Things she had from her place that we now have two of. Frustration. Lol

We’ll figure it out.

Oh no!

I was hoping for a better report.

Sorry the storage idea got shot down,

But it’s a big deal that she’s made some changes to keep it less cluttered.

I’m pretty sure I told you this, but when I moved in with my husband, then boyfriend, I got rid of all my stuff or put it in storage.

And I hated his stuff.

We didn’t find a happy medium until about ten years later when all the old furniture had been replaced by stuff we bought together.

So, best of luck, but the stuff battle may be a long haul.

Also, my husband clutters up the place too.

He would have snack wrappers on his bedside table every morning.

So I put a cute little waste basket on his side of the bed.

Still puts them on the bedside table.

To this very day I can go to my bedroom and I guarantee there are wrappers right next to the trash can.

Anyway, sorry to go on my own rant.

Just saying what we all know.

It’s not easy.
