I woke up from a nightmare
And right now i feel despair

For me schizophrenia is a test

the distinction between rap and rhyme can be quite thin, sometimes. I think good indicators are the use of modern slang, half-rhymes, and meter.

Your rhyming was quite good, and the meter was very pleasing without much abrupt breaks; so I knew it was a rhyme. You also didn’t use much slang, but rather did use much formal English (or American English.)

but if this poem was mine, I would not share it with the people at reddit/r/OCPoetry.
they might not like the second stanza as much as the other stanzas, especially since they sometimes project.
