Quit smoking so gave my tobacco to my neighbour

She is really unwell with MI so I gave her my smokes as she finds it hard to go to the shops.

severe depression (though I think she might be bipolar). Her cat died a month ago which hit her hard. She is really nice.

Yeah well done! Cigarettes are a nasty drug and for a lot of people they are really, really hard to give up.

I haven’t had a cig for over 7years now. Best thing I ever did for my health!
