@anon8411913 have you ever heard of or tried the hair product called dry shampoo? It helps with oily hair and is used for in between shampooing. I use it on my hair for days when I don’t wash my hair. It seems to help I think.

If you want to try Biolage without the cost, some companies make really similar brands. Here in the US, Suave (a very affordable product) had a shampoo that was supposed to be comparable to Biolage. It’s the moisturizer that’s the big thing.

What @LilyoftheValley is saying is 100% true in my experience. Years ago I stopped taking care of myself, and that included washing my hair. It had an interesting side effect. My sister, a stylist, had always told me not to wash my hair daily. Well, it went down to every few months. I also stopped washing my face twice a day and using a face care routine so often. My skin changed (no cystic acne despite no longer taking Aczone), and my hair did, too. Now I wash my hair maybe once a week, twice if I’m being good, but it still looks decent for the first 2-3 days. My skin looks so much better, too.

So I am doing everything right now that my hair would be healthy
I am growing out my inborn hair color, natural roots. Growing out already for ~4 months
That’s why ~6 cm starting from roots looks better. I believe it will took more or less a year to fully grow out my natural hair colour
By the way… I will upload how my hair looks now. Not at its best, it’s damaged, but I believe it’s because of past hair dyes
